JOB DETAILS
Working hours: 40 hours a week
Start date: negotiable (around the 2nd of May 2022)
Main responsibilities:
- Participates in the elaboration and implementation of the strategic plan of the AO International Center "LA STRADA" action plan;
- Ensures the elaboration and good implementation of the action plan of the lead Program;
- Manages and coordinates the activity of the Departments within the Program, the counseling services, and the mobile teams within the Program;
- Contributes to the implementation of Program promotion activities;
- Identifies the training needs of employees and contributes to the organization of training following the development plan of the organization;
- Coordinates the writing of projects following the strategic plan of the organization;
- Contributes to the identification and development of strategic partnerships with state structures, non-governmental and international organizations;
- Prepares activity reports;
- Represents the organization at the national and international level;
- Performs other responsibilities at the request of the President of the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 5 years in a non-governmental organization, international organization, or another institution, relevant to the position;
- The experience of collaborating with public institutions, donors, foundations, or international institutions will be a comparative advantage;
- Devotion to human rights issues, to the organization and its values;
- Higher education in a field relevant to the activity within the organization (preferably a MasterDegree in law, management, social sciences, or another relevant subject);
- Knowledge and experience in the field of functioning of non-governmental organizations;
- Experience in human resources management;
- Analytical and organizational skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian, English, and Russian (spoken and written);
- Advanced computer skills.

- will report to the Executive Director of the International Centre "La Strada”;

- will have a motivating salary, which will depend on the qualification, the experience of the person, and the performances registered within the organization.
